The Intrinsic Value Conference NYC 2026 — Event Terms & Notices
These terms apply to The Intrinsic Value Conference NYC 2026 (the “Event”), in-person event hosted by The Investor’s Podcast Network. By registering for, attending, or participating in the Event, you agree to the notices below. Value Conference. If you do not agree, do not register or attend.
The Event is also governed by the network’s site-wide policies, listed in Section 1. Where these Event terms and the site-wide policies overlap, both apply; where the Event’s in-person nature requires it, the Event-specific notices below control.
1. Governing Policies
Your attendance is subject to the following site-wide policies of The Investor’s Podcast Network, which are incorporated here by reference. Please review them alongside these Event terms.
2. Educational content only — not investment advice
The Event includes a live stock pitch, an investing Q&A, and related discussion. All of it is for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing presented at the Event is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.Presenters may hold positions in the companies they discuss. The Event does not account for your individual circumstances. Do your own research and consult a licensed financial, tax, or legal professional before making any investment decision. 3. Photography & recording consent
The Event will be photographed, filmed, and audio-recorded. By attending, you grant The Investor’s Podcast Network the irrevocable right to record your likeness, voice, image, and any comments or questions you contribute, and to use that material — without compensation and in any media now known or later developed — in podcasts, videos, marketing, social media, and other content.
If you do not wish to be recorded, please let a member of the Event staff know on arrival, and avoid speaking on microphone or appearing in designated recording areas. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee exclusion from all incidental footage in a live setting.
4. Registration, admission & capacity
Seating is first-come, first-served, and capacity is limited. Registration or RSVP, where offered, does not guarantee a seat, and The Investor’s Podcast Network is not liable if you are unable to be admitted once capacity is reached. We recommend arriving early.
Members of the Intrinsic Value Community may receive reserved seating and access to a separate private dinner; those benefits are governed by the Community Terms and the applicable membership terms.
5. Changes & cancellation
The Investor’s Podcast Network may change the Event’s date, time, venue, format, speakers, or program, or may postpone or cancel the Event, at any time and for any reason. We are not responsible for any costs you incur in connection with attending — including travel, lodging, or other expenses — in the event of any such change or cancellation.
6. Conduct
We want a welcoming environment for everyone. The Investor’s Podcast Network and the venue reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any person whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, harassing, or otherwise interferes with the Event or other attendees, without refund or further obligation.
7. Assumption of risk & limitation of liability
You attend the Event voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Investor’s Podcast Network and its hosts, employees, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from your attendance or participation, except where caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct. The venue may impose its own rules and terms, which you also agree to follow while on its premises.
8. Your information
If you register or RSVP for the Event, we collect the information you provide — such as your name and email address — to manage attendance and to send you Event-related updates. We handle that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If no registration is offered for the Event, no personal information is collected through this page.
